Thank you for sharing your story with the Lord. 

The Lord first attracted my attention through beautiful nature in my teen years. I remembered spending time thinking what's my purpose of life?
Later I was invited to church events and BBQ, etc. I didn't trust the people at church so I rarely went to church.
God led me to start joining prayer meetings and experienced the influx of energy and joy after each meeting. Praying for people actually brings me energy and joy. When I prayed to God in my hard time, He answered me and changed my bad mood to happy mood in hours. I knew someone heard my prayer.
I gradually get to know more about Jesus and the bible through attending church and fellowship. Through Sunday School, I learned that our Lord treasures and values me, He has an unique purpose for me. This really touches me as I struggle with low self worth through parent's criticism. Slowly I committed my life to Jesus.
I got baptized in 2007 and started serving as one of the leaders in my young adult fellowship and worship team.
God continued to show me who He is and I finally understood the power of the cross years after my baptism.

I am looking for someone who values God as his #1, chases after Him, leads me and family, and walks with me in good and bad time.
What do you long for in a marriage/family?

Hi Maggie,

Thank you for your sharing.
In my pursue for marriage, i love to have holy spirit guide my path in meeting and courting a sister who share the same faith and interest in Jesus's leadership in life as this should be our priority.
I enjoy having my life lead by God yet i have shortcoming in my temper during high stress. I consistently let God mode me and i continue to serve him in such a way that i would love him more than love myself so that i can continue to grow in his likeness.
