15 Questions to Discover Your Life Purpose


15 Questions:

1. What makes you smile? (Activities, people, events, hobbies, projects, etc.)

 Being with my loved friends; rock climbing; doing weight training; teaching a good boot camp class; being productive at work and church; when I can make a difference in others' life; be a good listener when needed; give positive, constructive feedback to encourage others; when God speaks to me and shows His presence; when I sing; when I hear good music and good testimony; when I am inspired.

2. What are your favorite things to do in the past? What about now?

 My fav things were watching tv, eating junk food, hanging out with partner/friends; walking through Walmart/shopping malls, reading fictions.

Now I rarely watch TV nor shop nor read fictions nor shop. I spend more time being with my best friend who is a good spiritual mentor and I spend time reflecting the day and week with God; I spend time serving and volunteering at church, exercising alone, browsing through grocery stores for creativity, and working.

3. What activities make you lose track of time?

Sleep, chatting with friends, enjoying down time with a cup of tea/coffee, reading a good book, reflecting the day/week, doing house chores.

4. What makes you feel great about yourself?

10. You are now 90 years old, sitting on a rocking chair outside your porch; you can feel the spring breeze gently brushing against your face. You are blissful and happy, and are pleased with the wonderful life you’ve been blessed with. Looking back at your life and all that you’ve achieved and acquired, all the relationships you’ve developed; what matters to you most? List them out.
